Rebuilds the Stripe Customer Portal configuration from the current active tiers.
Pushes current DB name + description to Stripe for every active pack and tier. Run after editing descriptions.

Open Stripe Dashboard → Settings → Customer Portal → Subscription updates, pick "Charge or credit the full difference", and Save.

This is the only setting the sync can't configure — Stripe's public API does not expose it. Once per environment (this test one and live).

Without it, upgrades prorate by time remaining instead of charging the full price difference.
